Entre les silhouettes de la Basilique, du Palais de Justice et des gratte-ciels, cette illustration originale — initialement peinte par Anthea Missy sur un mur de l’Aparthotel Adagio à Zaventem — ancre l’imaginaire au cœur de la ville. Fidèle aux codes de la BD belge, le trait détourne le réel à la manière de Magritte : un mobilier anthropomorphe y côtoie un parapluie abritant sa propre pluie intérieure.
Sous cette averse symbolique, la scène capture un moment simple d’amitié. Dans l'esprit d'André Breton, ce visuel suggère que rien n’entrave la joie : la complicité est plus forte que l'aléa. Entre rigueur urbaine et onirisme, une terrasse ordinaire se métamorphose ici en un espace de liberté poétique.
Le titre de l’œuvre fait écho à la célèbre chanson de Dick Annegarn, reprise par Angèle, qui a consacré cette manière attachante de célébrer la capitale.

Between the silhouettes of the Basilica, the Palace of Justice, and the city’s skyscrapers, this original illustration — initially painted by Anthea Missy on a wall at the Aparthotel Adagio in Zaventem — anchors the imagination in the heart of the city. True to the codes of Belgian comics, the line-work subverts reality in the spirit of Magritte: anthropomorphic furniture stands alongside an umbrella sheltering its own interior rain.
Beneath this symbolic downpour, the scene captures a simple moment of friendship. In the spirit of André Breton, this visual suggests that nothing hinders joy: companionship proves stronger than chance. Between urban rigour and dreamlike imagery, an ordinary terrace is transformed here into a space of poetic freedom.
The work’s title echoes the famous song by Dick Annegarn, later covered by Angèle, which established this endearing way of celebrating the capital.
